Gather Ministries respects your privacy and gives users the ability to request deletion of their account and personal data associated with the Daily Gather app.

How to Request Account Deletion

To request deletion of your account and associated data, please contact Gather Ministries through our website or email us at:

support@gather-ministries.org

Please include the following information:

• Your name

• The email address or phone number associated with your account

• A statement that you are requesting deletion of your Daily Gather account and associated personal data

Example:

Please delete my Daily Gather account and all personal data associated with my account.

What Data Will Be Deleted

When your deletion request is processed, we will delete or permanently remove personal information associated with your account that we are not legally required to retain. This may include:

• Account profile information

• Name and contact information

• App account information

• Prayer requests or other information submitted through the app, when associated with your account

• Ministry communication preferences

• Other personally identifiable information stored in connection with your Daily Gather account

Data We May Retain

Some information may be retained when required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or nonprofit recordkeeping purposes.

Information that has been permanently anonymized or aggregated so that it can no longer identify you may also be retained.

Processing Time

We will review and process account and data deletion requests as soon as reasonably possible. We may contact you to verify your identity before completing a deletion request to help protect your account from unauthorized deletion.
